Whenever I turn on my computer, after a couple of minutes it shuts off. I brought my gpu overclock all the way down, I don't know whats happening.

Welcome to the forums!

Is it a software-based shutdown or just blue screen?

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

sounds like a PSU problem

what PSU you got?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
