Yes, there are none

I think there is one working ps3 emulator, but it's incredibly slow and only works with one or two light games.

3DS no but a DS one. No 360 or PS3 that is working well enough. A couple in the works though. Check out this site. http://www.emulator-zone.com/

There is a 3ds emulator. Its called citra. Check out some footage on YouTube. It can start up a lot of games and some are even playable.

Yes citra exists but it is not in a usable state right now. Still very much in development.
