i5 4690k / i7 4790k

Go to solution Solved by dadasmithywinkle,

So recently i have to make a budget cut and already fell down from a 980 to 970. but now i can save another 100€ from going to a i5 4690k instead of a i7 4790k.

So my qeustion:

Can you still livestream with a 4690k?

I also only game / planning on livestreaming.

Will it be enough?

Maybe another cpu for 230€ price range?

My problem with AMD is too much power usage / heat.

Get the 4690K. It'll work just fine for what you're doing.

4690k is fine for livestreaming, you can also use Quick Sync/Shadowplay if you want to take almost all load off the CPU.

I'd say unless you're really serious about livestreaming (you haven't even started), get the 4690k.

RIP in pepperonis m8s

do you plan on doing any photo/video/content creation, I did not think i would but im glad now that I went with the i7 over the i5.

Rose's are red violets are blue, without computers I'd know not what to do.
