What exactly i need ?

Go to solution Solved by Xsilent(X),

Actually its not about coning . i heard if you can build a better cluster for mining that will be best for folding . i'll donate this whole 10 to 20 computer cluster for medical research but i'll do mining for a month to make my self sure that what i'm donating have worth .

you need asics to mine these days. gpu mining will not get you anywhere. even for 6K  for 20000MH/s you will make like 0.5 ltc p/d wat is like 0.63 cents a day. still asics are expensive for wat you will get. never mind the diff vary! till you have gotten you're asics that asic miner will become obsolete.

if you like to contribute just buy 3 970 or 2 R9 295X2 and fold away :)

Hi mates

its about bit coin mining.

i know if i jump in many stake holders will be even here.lol

but

i want to know if i build a 20 computer's cluster for mining

how much powerful systems i need for a better miner

and what kinda software i need .

Thanks in advance

you would make more money by buying lottery tickets that never win.

hahahahahahahahh. just to give it a try . i have plan to gather 10 coins and then i'll donate whole cluster for folding .

actually i came to know about folding few days back and i think it will be the best way to put your money as donation coz it will help masses . so its actually a powerful enough fold but i'll wanna try mining on it too.

290x has a hash rate of 1 MH/s which is terrible, according to some random bitcoin forum.

With a thousand 290x's it'll take you 92827.72 Day(s) to get 1 BTC... Just don't even bother...

ok 290X to trash in this regard. GTX 980s?

Those are even worse, 290x is one of the best card for mining crytocurrency.

Would you plz make a list of a miner under 6K? USD

You shouldn't really do mining.

I don't want to reccomend anything as I don't feel like anyone should mine.

If you want to know more you should do some research yourself, 6000 dollars is a huge investment, and my reccomendation wouldn't be based on personal experience.

If you're building a folding farm I'd reccomend getting 3 970's and calling it a day.

Though if you really want to spend more you can always get multiple systems with 970's.
