Is it a good idea to run it with Prime95 ? Im looking to get my systems max temp and power consumption values...

The AMD CPU is fine with prime95.

Yeah, but CPU n GPU both need to be tested at the same time to produce the results im looking for...

It doesn't really work that way since the the two together will cause a bottlneck. 

 

Just play a game/render for a bit if you want to know what your temps will be like.

That is mostly used for testing out if a graphic card is faulty or not, so instead of spending half hour or so playing a game until you see artifacts. Running that can reproduce the artifacts almost immediately, reducing the amount of time, trying to find out what is wrong with it.
