New build for a friend

REULINI

Hey guys, how you doing? So a friend of mine is going to buy a new pc. Here's the build we came up with:

- cpu: i7-4770

- cooler: coolermaster hyper 212 evo

- mb: asrock z87 pro4

- gpu: MSI GTX770 TwinFrozr OC 2GB

- ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz

- psu: Corsair Builder CX600W

- storage: Kingston SSDNow 200V+ 120gb and a WD 1TB

- case:  Nox Coolbay VX Red Devil

This is 1136,90€. He is planning to spend around 1200€, but he's willing to pay a little more if its required.

He's going to edit some videos for college, but it's not something he is going to do everyday. He also play a lot, battlefield and heavy stuff like that.

What do you guys think? What would you improve?

Thanks in advance

I cant see anything to improve other then maybe going with a 4770k instead, just to give him the ability to OC in the future if he wants to as long as he upgrades his cooling.

i would step up to a better case. This is the first thing you hate after a little while (maybe even when you built in it :P)

And if he has some money left then its ok to get a better one.

I would either jump up to a 4770K if he plans to overclock or drop the motherboard down to an H87 chipset if you don't plan to overclock.  If you don't OC, you can also use the stock Intel cooler.

Bump the cpu to a 4770k. That's it.

*Cough* change the case *cough*
