I'll keep this short, I'm looking for a cheap gpu that can handle 2 monitors(second will only be for like windows and stuff) can handle a live stream and handle games, I'm not playing super high quality, just thinks like source games and the occasional things like dishonored, fallout, h1z1 but rarely, not sure what my buget is but cheap as possible with a bit of moving room, also if you have a suggestion for a psu send it my way.

Thanks

do you have 2 monitors? what do you do with it

I run a 4k and 900p display with an R9 270 (equivalent to a bit more than 4 and a half 1080p displays) and I have no vram issues, runs every game just fine at 1080p, CS:GO (source game) runs over 90fps nearly maxed out at 4k (no AA).

I hope I didn't mislead you, the card is great for light/medium games at 1080p and light games at 4k but it's not amazing. If you want to max out 1080p AAA titles I'd go for a 280x/290.

I would go with the Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X w/ Boost http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-PCI-Express-Graphics-11230-00-20G/dp/B00IZXOW80/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1424403517&sr=1-1&keywords=r9+280. It's one of the best graphics cards when it comes to the price to performance ratio.

Cooler Master HAF XB EVO, ASUS Maximus VII Hero, i7-4790K @ 4.5GHz, Corsair H100i, EVGA GTX 980Ti SC, Corsair Vengeance Pro 2X8GB 1866Mhz CL9, 2X Crucial M500 960GB, EVGA SuperNOVA 1050 GS, ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q w/ nVidia 3D Vision 2

nah i only play source games and on occasion semi good quality, so i think if i want to stream stuff i can lower quailty and i run 1080 so if your doing 4k i think imma be good

EDIT: can i ask what AAA, i could search but :/

I play a bunch of games with it. And having another monitor that you don't game on won't change your performance. I have gone maxed out at 4 "monitors" when I was at my friends house by plugging in tv. But I only have room for one monitor at my desk because I use my ipad and my macbook air.

Buts its a great card for the money and you can always add another one if needed. Mine also never goes above 55 degrees C

Edit- I play bf3 maxed out. It has the capability of playing battlefield 4 on ultra but I don't have it.  But the lowest FPS i get on a graphics game is minecraft and I run an ultra version of shaders and a high res texture pack. 256x256 with shaders is awesome.
