Stop saying like this is an option, or a decision. You don't "optimize" for AMD. AMD CPU's generally have worse single-core performance, which is mainly what the game requires.

AMD isn't optimized for gaming, not the other way around.

 

 

It it funny I can run Titan fall on high with it staying at 60 fps but can't play mine craft

I have a 144hz monitor but titan fall will not go over 60?

 

GTX 970, 144hz monitor and then a FX CPU. This makes my inner enthusiast cry.

 

Anyway, try actually lowering that perscribed RAM usage. Also, what drive are you running this off of. And check the per-core CPU load during the framedrops.
