backplate too loose with h100i and x61

hi guys

i got my h100i  and i had problem that is

the loose backplate loose

today i change it with nzxt x61 and i got the same problem 

is that normal .?? very loose

my mobo: asrock z97x killer

I heard several people with this issue, many of them were using rubber washers to solve it.

I had the same problem with my h105, but it came with some washers, i just put 2 between the backplate and the mobo and it worked just fine

two for each hole

there iis no problem with metal washers.?

mine are metal and it all works fine
