1.185v at stock, at 32C? Why is your temp so high anyways?

Desktop: i7-4790k, Samsung 840 EVO 250GB, Seagate Barracuda 3TB, 2xR9 290 Vapor-X's (1 working atm), Asus Z97-Pro, NZXT H440 White, 16GB G. Skill Sniper RAM, NZXT HALE V90 850W.

Laptop: Samsung Chromebook 11.6" 

Phone: 8GB Galaxy S4

Mine is 1.2110V at stock speeds at 63C. How bought yours?

4.6 @ 1.25V 76C max temp 100% load

Stock was 1.22v, now I have it at 1.29

Am running 4.4 on all cores @ 1.21v  (That's not stock, stock is 4.4 on one core in certain circumstances and 4-4.3 on the rest, turbo boost is weird)

4770K@4.3GHZ at 1.2v here...idle temp 26c, max load temps while stress testing today was 62c...room temp is 23c.

Using an awesome AIO liquid CPU cooler :)
