Hello.

I am shopping for a mechanical keyboard. Can you please help me? I cant decide between red and brown switches. I need the keyboard for gaming but i am looking for something that is simillar to my current roccat isku keyboard. Which switch color is more similar to my current keyboard?

Thank you for replying.

Its all really up to personal Preference. If you like having tactile feedback and type alot go with browns. reds are really smooth and easy to press quickly.

both switched really aren't like your current keyboard at all because you have a membrane keyboard.

I use my Cherry MX Reds for gaming and some typing, they do the job. I would prefer blues but they're just too dang loud for me even with dampeners.

Browns are a mix of both, you may like them.

I just was in this perdicament and decided to opt for the Browns. I think the initial "click" will be confidence inspiring and the force is just slightly higher than Reds.

Sometimes i troll...
