if your fans are running at 2000rpm the noise you are hearing is the noise from the air moving at such high speed, not because of vibrations.

you should really buy some quieter fans if you want less noise.

Does gasket really help with reducing vibration noise from fans? my fans are running around 2000 rpm.

It's mostly to seal the gap in between the fan and the radiator especially if you have fans such as corsair fans that are not square having a gasket will help with directing the air through the fins ins read of leaking out the sides.

Except the fans still seal to the radiator, even when they're circles...  There are small gaps, but it's nothing that's going to make a massive difference.

I don't really see how a gasket would help that unless the gasket covered some of the fins, thus fixing the "gap"

It only helps marginally nothing that is of a great gain, it would just span the small area that it leaves around the rad and the space between the rubber vibration mounts mostly since the corsair fans seem to have their rubber mounts set further back than the frame, also it would be better to just seal between each fan since there is a large gap there.

In terms of noise cancellation, it didn't help me.  But as far as performance goes?  It does help by 1C.
