Get a K-series CPU. They cost $199.99, but you get $40 off of a motherboard. For the motherboard, I would recommend something from the Z97 chipset like the GA-Z97X-SLI for $69.99 if you want to save a few bucks or a Z97 Extreme4 for $94.99. If you really want to go for the cheapest option, the H81M-HDS is free.
