any effect on speed performance if i get 2 samsung pro 256 and a raidr?

Well one is pcie and one is sata. i wouldnt throw money on pcie storage unless you handle alot of huge video files. the samaung is fine

Then you're probably better off with larger HDDs (unless you have 1500 to blow one the Samsung SSDs)

Samsung 850 Evo or Crucial MX100 would be my suggestion.
