Best LED fans?

I am upgrading my system and getting a windowed case. I want to add some nice lighting effects to the case. Either red or blue. I am leaning towards red since it is easier on the eyes. What case fan would you suggest? I'm getting an nzxt s340. I was looking at the corsair af120 but wasn't sure if there was a cheaper fan that has good lighting. Not going for performance or silence, simply pretty lights.

maybe check out some case lighting products instead - this will give a more evenly lit appearance, or can focus on only those pieces you want highlighted.

if you can fit 140s, go with 140s
