Extremely Noob Question Doing my first RMA...

Champion-Craig
Go to solution Solved by Aniallation,

So my BenQ RL2455HM has a dead pixel just over a month after purchase and I'm be given a form to fill out by a customer service rep for an RMA. The form asks for the monitors serial number which I have no idea how to find out. I tried going to NCIX's website page on the monitor and also checked the invoice I got after purchase for a serial number and nothing. Call me stupid but where can I find a products serial number?

On the sticker located on the back of the monitor

It should be on the back of the monitor, where the sticker is.
