SATA connection locations/First time OS installation

Hey guys! I'm going to be building my first computer soon, and I'd like to know which SATA port on my motherboard I should plug in my SSHD, and SSD into if I want to download Windows OS onto the SSHD. I heard that you need to download your OS on the Drive 0, when you first boot onto your computer, and I don't know if the specific SATA port I need to connect my SSHD to in order to have it take priority.  (Please correct me if its not necessary to install into Drive 0)

Literally any port. My OCD makes me do things logically (0 - OS, 1 - scratch disk, 2 - games HDD, 3 - crap drive, 4- DVD drive). Just to help with my OCD, I'm gonna change 1 and 2 around.

Just a quick tip when you install windows on your PC, make sure to have only one drive connected when installing to ensure all the startup packages install onto that single drive that you want the OS on. For example if your using your SSD as your boot drive with Windows only plug in the SSD when installing windows.

And as others have said order doesn't matter but use primary sata connectors or secondary sata connectors using another chipset.
