Build Help - $5000 max - Photoshop, CAD, Lightroom, (2) 34" monitors

[build Help] Hello Everyone... I am looking to build a nice powerful PC (speedy) for work in... Photoshop | Illustrator | Lightroom | Autocad | Forex Trading | Web Research (20+ windows open at a time) | Web Design | Movies

I often have most of these programs open at the same time.

MONITORS: I am going to get at least (1) Dell Ultrasharp 34" Curved Monitor - U3415W...
Dell 34 Monitor

If my pc build is capable, I will get (2) of these monitors, but I know they require a lot of gpu power at 3440 x 1440 resolution each (6880 x 1440). So if anyone has advice on that it would be most helpful. If not one monitor will do just fine.

Also, if you think a particular part is overkill or underkill, please let me know.

I appreciate the help!

My budget is $4,000-$5,000 (not including monitors). I am seeking advice on which options you would suggest in my parts list or another suggestion if you think it would be a better fit.

PC PART LIST

CPU (1) Intel Core i7-5960x ($1,049) ...or...
(2) Intel Core i7-5930k ($579) ...or...
(3) Intel Core i7-5820k ($389)

CPU Cooler Corsair H100i ($104)

Motherboard Asus X99-Deluxe ATX ? ($311)

GPU (1) NVIDIA 980 ($500+ which brand?) ...or...
(2) Wait for 980 8GB Release ($?) ...or...
(3) NVIDIA K4200 ($775) - The GPU is one that I am not sure about... K4200 is supposedly good for CAD, Photoshop, etc... but I'm not sure how the 980 would stack up. Do I only need (1) of these to run one 3440x1440 monitor? Do I need (2) to run two 3440x1440 monitors?

Storage WD Black 3TB ($163)

Storage 2 (1) GSKILL Phoenix Blade PCIe SSD 480GB ($680) ...or...
(2) Samsung 850 Pro 512GB ($329)

Memory (1) GSKILL Ripjaws 4 series DDR4 2133... 15-15-15-35 (8x4=32GB) ($429) ...or...
(2) Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2133... 13-15-15-28 (8x4 32GB) ($399) - I've been told by a local computer guy that there is going to be no benefit to me in going over 2133mhz... He told me I wouldn't notice any difference, and overclocking would potentially compromise my system. I'm not sure if this is true.

Case - Cooler Master Cosmos II Full Tower (Black) ($298) Power Supply - Corsair AX1200i Platinum (overkill?)($288) Optical Drive - LG BH14NS40 ($44) Sound Card - Creative Labs ZXR 24-bit 192KHz Sound Card ($189)

LAST QUESTION: What other cooling should I buy for my case?

Thanks for the help. I'm new to this, but trying to do my research right. This looks like the best place for answers!

All looks good. Personally I would go for a 295x2 from AMD, however.

That system will be a beast, I hope you enjoy it :)

I'll check it out.  I see the prices on that have dropped significantly.  Would the 295x2 support both 3440x1440 monitors? :)

Why not get a firepro?

I haven't looked into firepro...  Is there a specific model you would recommend?

Probably.

If you were gaming at all, I would recommend two in Crossfire.

It is one of the best graphics cards on the market at the moment.

So I put all your stuff into pcpartpicker and decided to go with a k6000. The k6000 supports up to 2x 3840x2160 Displays AND 2x 2560x1600. Also for rendering this Card is pretty darn good. U shure about the sound card? I mean if you need it just take it, but otherwise the internal sound system is just fine. Also the power supply was the ultra Overkill ;)

sooooo ... and I did a little resarch about the cpu and there could be a heat issue with all-in-one systems, so I would always recommend a custom loop, but if you don't want to go with the extra work (and money) just take a good aio-system. I would recommend the h110i gt because of it's better cooling performance but if you like more silence, take whatever you like.

I might add the fact the k6000 is not able to be put in a sli/cf configuration. If u want to spend an extra buck you might go with a FirePro 8100. You can get it around 1050$ (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814195130 ) and it is cf supported, on the other side you will then need a 1000watt psu recommended even a 1500psu...

You might consider this.
