Linus's RAM?

Go to solution Solved by arnavvr,

Why would I? My PC isn't on my desk and my pc is windowed and it looks really nice. It's like a nice blend of flashy and professional. I crave that ram. haha

He has Crucial Ballistix Tracer: http://amzn.to/1CXEcJa

What RAM does linus use in his personal build? The one he upgraded in 2014? (I know I could probably go find the video and watch through it but I'm on 4g right now and that uses too much data. Also I'm lazy)

Anyways, I really liked the flashy leds on them and was considering getting 16gb of it because why not.

very high failure rate, won't run stable at advertised speeds, poor customer support...

I have the same RAM sticks. It's been with me for 2 years now. I never experienced any problems with it and runs at a stable 1866MHz.

But then again, I may be lucky.

I have the Ballistic Tactical set and I've got the same experience.

Well, until I munched up my mother board and now both the Ballistics and Dom. Plats run at 656mhz :|

i think linus ram where not the tactical ones maybe those are better, but linus has the crucial ballistix Tracer --->those are the trouble ones.
