The numbers of answers given is a bit of a surprise.  However, I'm not sure I'd consider a backup as storing data solely on a cloud service.  If I understood right, I think I saw a few people don't keep some important files on the computer, but in the cloud instead.   A backup creates two copies, but the location of the two is basically irrelevant as long as they exist.

Not my whole drive though. I backed up my photos, music, games and documents onto my nas weekly. Every month end i will archive documents and photos onto my external drive.

I don't have to press anything. It's backing up all the time in two places
