i have a hp laptop

specs:

core i7 2.0ghz

8gb ram

radeon hd 6770m 2gb

500 gb hdd

can it run bf4 at medium-high settings or custom settings without major fps drops or lag

Maybe low on 720p I have a 750m and i7 with 8gb ram and I play on medium 1080p but can't get stable 60fps so I play on low.

The GT750 uses DDR3 for VRAM

that could be the reason for your low performance

the HD6770M uses GDDR5
