can it run bf4 at medium-high settings or custom settings without major fps drops or lag

Maybe low on 720p I have a 750m and i7 with 8gb ram and I play on medium 1080p but can't get stable 60fps so I play on low.

i still didnt got the laptop maybe later today or tmw ill get it so idk what screen res that will make the game run good + im looking for the best settings to run it smoothly without any major fps drops

it might get 50-60 fps

There are 2 models one with DDR3 and with GDDR5, however most laptops I came across are the 2gb GDDR5 model tho.
