why do you need ultimate?

also do you need an OEM version or a full version?

In the US microcenter has the lowest prices usually but most places have them for the same price.

Since you are in Sweden, this will be the cheapest you can get it for (if you want to buy it): Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate

 

As someone else said, if you got a DreamSpark account (your school must give you an account here in Sweden in order to get access to it) then you can download it for free, but I assume you don't have that.
