What is the markup for shipping and are there any tariffs for importing... from amazon?

Anything above 125USD = free shipping

Items cannot be  18” x 14” x 8” or over 20 lbs.,

Check the console killer build in my sig and remove the case. You will have some leeway (To make up for price differences between other stores and amazon) so just edit it a bit (Probably best to up the CPU to I5-4440, no motherboard change required)

RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z                                                                                                                        Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo                                                                                        Need a console killer that actually shits on every console? Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

how much higher can you go?

I will say go for the best which is i7 4790K and a MSI Z97 Gaming 5

you can keep the rest and maybe go for the R9 285 for the i5 4440 and H87 combo you got now

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

I dont really have the budget to go for a z series mobo and k chip....

Currently saving for my freesync monitor! Then i'll consider a cpu upgrade with skylake coming out!
