Amd CPUs?

    So i posted something like this but made a mistake and a lot of confusion... But what amd CPU (thats $100 or under) would pair well with the new GTX 960?

As you said in your last post, you want to "do video editing and ARMA 3"

I'm going to be brutally honest here:

None.

Save your money up. Nothing under 100 is going to edit videos hardly at all, and ARMA3 is rediculous on any computer. But if you must, the best is going to be the highest clocked FX chip.

860k is the best per core performer AMD has right now. but it will still be a rough go. you'll be fine for video encoding, it will just be a lot slower than if you bought an Intel quad core or better (like half as fast).

Oh my gosh guys, a 100 dollar CPU will NOT bottleneck a 960! JayzTwoCents did a video on bottlenecking, and not even an i3 could bottleneck a 680! 

I would say get the FX-6300 and a good cooler and overclock it to at least 4 GHz, just to get some extra juice out of it.

Yeah, you probably don'teven need that good of a cooler, I have an $8 cooler and I'm getting 4 GHz at 19C when idle
