Aqua Blue: 3960X (Soon to be 5960X) 780Ti Custom Watercooling, input wanted!

MariusJS

Well, this is my first try at an worklog, so I guess we just gotta hang on and see where it goes! wink.png

This project would have been impossible without:
Digital Impuls
post-266150-0-49612700-1359201018_thumb.
They gave me good prices, and they are the only ones who has the case I wanted!

A little bit of "history"

This is actually only my first attempt at many thing, two of them are Custom Watercooling, and Custom wiring! I already had some of the components, one of them was the motherboard, since the motherboard was blue, and i actually really like the blue/black combo very much, I desided to go with it! My other inspiration for the blue color was the ocean, and not the light blue at the shores, but the pretty deep blue far out in the ocean!

"Mods"
Since the case is quite large, and pretty brilliant I do not have to do many mods, but here are some I am going to do:
IO Ligths wired to "restart" switch
Add wheels to it? (so it is easier to transport, it is amongst other things going to go to The Gathering)
Fillport?

Pictures!

NB! There are LOADS of them!

I don't notice it anymore, but in the start it may be a little annoying ;)

OK, so just an mini update, I've started school as an Electrician, and I'm probably going to take IT next year, but anyways, I've been really busy, but since it is christmas, I just got some time to start with this project again!

So this is what is happening:

  • A dude on a Norwegian forum is going to 3D Print a SSD holder for my EVO's
  • I need GPU Waterblocks!!!
  • I need another RAD, because I've decided on dual loop! :D (Already have pump and ress)
  • I need this to get delivered: Clx6nM5.png
  • I ditched the LEPA 1600W Idea, when they told me earliest delivery was February, so i bought this: :D (I think I am going to go with Seasonic 1000W platinum ;))
  • post-3510-0-98825100-1387665232_thumb.jp
  • And this is how ghetto my build looks ATM:
