Linus uses a certain graphics card that I can't seem to find on Amazon in the UK! I've included two photos to the closest search results on Amazon, I need you guys to help me decide which one to get or if you find the Amazon UK link for the one that Linus shows!

XFX have become very good recently and I would recommend them. But then again, a lot of people think of Sapphire as the go to.

I think at this point its which we you think looks nicer.

Those both are just as good. I wouldn't get a pentium though, i3 is better rounded.

Whats your budget? and location?

Unbinned =/= unlocked. It's actually a binned unlocked Pentium :P

Regardless, the G3258 isnt a great option (for gaming*) unless one plans on upgrading it to an i5/i7 in the near future. (*to note, it is an EXCELLENT gaming cpu for any single/dual threaded games, but anything more than that and it starts to show its limits; not to mention multi-tasking becomes very limited with only two cores).

Budget is up to £500 as I'm in the UK, the rig goes to £491 with the XFX plus a PCI-E WiFi adapter that I need as I'm on the top floor and the router is at the bottom

Already have peripherals from a past old, old PC, don't really do much multitasking apart from running the odd download while browsing, gaming wise, Counter strike/FPS minecraft, horror games, just all round good games!

almost good, mobo has no front usb3, slight tweak required. also no wireless. I recommend something not cheap like tplink wdn4800.

That's count to potato retarded to put a $130 motherboard into a budget gaming system with a $100 GPU and a $70 CPU. Price to performance is truly horrible here.

It's for an upgrading path, why does no one see this?

It's silly because that money would be better spent on a locked i5, a better gpu, or an i3 + better gpu.

Do you think an i5-4690k, a $130 Z97 board, and an aftermarket heatsink are a good investment for someone on an extreme budget, which is what this build seems to be targeted at? You're having to throw everything away but your SSD, case, and motherboard to later upgrade to a nice gaming system with a 4690k in this build. Better to just pay the cost for a locked i5 upfront by going with a B85 or H97 board, and then you only need to worry about the GPU and PSU later on. Someone on an extreme budget is going to be stuck with the R7 260x for a while if he's later having to upgrade to a $240 i5-4690k with a $30 heatsink, especially since that Pentium won't hold its resale value well with devs locking it out of new games.

Why restrict yourself to a terrible motherboard with barely any feautures to start with.

We'll agree to disagree.
