exactly how you think and want it to be , you haven't built it yet , are you asking for advice ? if so get 8 GB ram , even for web browsing , you might need 8 Gb ram if you open many tabs

CM Thunder 500W = 58$
Total=554$
This takes the BIOS updating out (i cant really do a bios update due to lack of CPU....)
