Why wouldn't you want to upgrade to 8.1. That literally makes less than 0 sense.

i just have my opinion why i want windows 8 and not win 8.1 if i can't get help that's fine, and i do know how make usb for windows installation.

does that opinion make sense?

its not about it is hawe a point ore not, i just need what i hawe before and if i can't get it from this place i just move on so if u can plz dont make post ore replay if it will not help me.

Wait, Why are you installing Windows 8?!?!?!

 

Install Windows 8.1 it's literally 10x better than Windows 8 ever was. That sucked when it first came out.
