building a new, top-end, pc for a friend.. what do you guys think of this 

 

i7 4790k 

NZXT kraken x61

Asus Sabertooth mark2

32gig Kingston Fury 1866mhz

Raid0 Samgsung 840 Evo 120gig

2TB green

Gigabyte 980gtx 

Fractal design r5

Corsair RM 850W

Really wasn't sure on the motherboard either, have heard heaps of good things about the Sabertooth, feel free to recommend something and I'll have a look

What about an Asus Z97-A, would save you some money

also open to other possible case suggestions. Something minimalist yet stylish perhaps..

Well, the R5 is pretty good when it comes to that. But an alternative could be the N600 (the case that Linus used in whole room watercooling)

The R5 shouldn't have clearance issues with the CPU cooler, right?
