Hey guys, so I am going to be building a Desk PC with 2 GPU's i7 4770K I wanted to do two pumps to run in a series in case one failed, and I cannot decide between the MCP355 or the MCP50X. Which one would you guys recommend to use for this build, I am looking for most reliability and lowest noise possible.

Thank you so much for the help,

Josh

What pump is that and who makes it?

Its basically the best and most popular watercooling pump, and almost every watercooling company has their own version.

They cone with different pump tops, different speed controls, different features, etc..

Ok but is it worth the increase in price and should I still run that one in a series or is it not worth it?

Yeah its worth it.

You can run them in series if you want, a lot of people do, but if youre short on money maybe just buy one, and add a second in the future.

Will this pump be able to work with this tubing?

and these fittings:

Sorry I am new to water cooling, right now I am pricing out a build because I will be starting it in around 5 months

Yes as long as you buy a D5 with a threaded pump top such as this one

You need the threaded top so that you can screw in those fittings.

If you need more watercooling help check out singularitycomputers on youtube, you will learn a lot.
