Good OpenGL Book?

So I am starting a project with someone and I need to be able to create a cross platform graphics but in order to do that I need an API that can run on more than just Windows. However I have a slight issue... I have never touched OpenGL before, I have though used DirectX 10.1 and up quite a bit so learning a new API isn't an issue but not having any material to learn from is an issue.

I am looking for any recommendations for OpenGL 4.x? (probably not going to use 4.x features but I would like to at least know them if I am committing time to learning a new API)

Also if anyone can recommend OpenGL ES 2.0 books as well that would be awesome.

http://www.openglsuperbible.com/, take a look into this book, it's all based on modern opengl.

https://www.youtube.com/user/thebennybox, he has some very good tutorials on modern opengl as well,

his main 3dgameengine tutorial is done in java but is mostly language independent.

Ill probably skip the superbible because from what I've read it teaches a wrapper around OpenGL. I've watched a pieces of benny's videos and it seems fine. Thanks for the suggestions!
