Hey I have a few questions about how the council works. More particularly, the council's members. Is the council similar to a Senate, as in all groups (mining, exploration, etc) vote in a council member into office? Or is the council more of a dictatorship (members are chosen by the high council?) Been thinking about it and would love someone to clear it up :)

ixi_your_face is probably best to ask in the morning. its more of a senate type voting, I think we figured out terms would be 6 - 8 months each. Anyone can go for council.

Don't quote me on that though... To tired to go looking through the big thread.

Ah, so there is that info in one of the threads? That's good to know. Also glad to hear we don't have a dictatorial type of government. Will there be a limit on how many terms someone can serve, even if they have the votes?

As far as I know, not much has been defined in that realm, because of the sheer time gap before orgs can be set up properly. However, I think the main structure is pretty well explained in the very first post of the main thread here in this subforum. Take a look at that.

my main thought is that there'd be a central council, with elected members from each group in the council, with a high council leading overall.

Yea I missed that the first few times I looked at the thread.
