If anyone wants to know how I found it; I clicked the little button on the right of the "Find New Content" button.. the one with the weird icon on it. Almost looks like a location pin when on Google Maps. If you click the "Homepage" button under "Pages", it redirects you to that link..

 

There are a lot of other odd pages there

also to respond to the OP that is a different design but we changed the url so the css for it doesn't work anymore so that's why it looks funny
