Best mobile music player

Hey guys

 

I have an M8 and the built in music app is pretty bad, awesome for listening electronic music, not so much for rock

I am looking for a mp3 player software that has good built in equalizer

I tried winamp, the EQ is great, but the software is not running smooth, the music stutters every 30s or so.

Poweramp is fancy. It got an awesome equalizer too. It's superb. Try it!

Poweramp is probably the best, but the free version is a trial. $5 to buy.

 

Rocket Player is probably the best free alternative.

I use my phone A LOT to listen to music, probably 4 hrs+ on a daily basis (including 2 -3 hours of Soundcloud)

so I give the trial and the rocketplayer a go and I will see. it does worth £2.49 (or something like that) for me

do not you need to install custom rom for that?

I had it on my s2, it was great, but that was highly modified( and unstable)

No. Apollo doesn't require a custom ROM, or root, or anything like that. Just install and you're good to go.

fair enough, I will try it, I liked it on my Custom Rom! ( it was somekind of Cyanogen mashup like PACMAN or something)
