Best Laptop Cooling Pad

My laptop sometimes over heats and thermal throttles when the processor hits 80 C. Occasionally crashing because of this under high load. Any good laptop cooling pads out there?

Cooler featured is the CM Storm SF-17.

Do they make 15" coolers? Most the ones I see are 17" ones and I dont really want one that sticks out extra far. Stupid Solidworks rendering...

Is your laptop throttling even on a hard and flat surface? I.E. Table and such?

On a table under full load it'll bump up to 80C and then throttle. Eventually the demanding program will crash or, the whole PC will crash.
