what do i need to hear the motherboard beeps?

do i need to plug in my headphones? also how many beeps are good

You need a motherboard speaker. One beep indicates a successful POST.

the windows usual amount of beeps?

when you plug a device in?

^ This. I strongly recommend if it doesn't come with a speaker, plug it into the GPU and see if it boots and gives any picture, but if your CPU supports onboard, plug it into the onboard then go into the BIOs and disable integrated. :)
