I'd suggest planning later. ~2-3 days at most before you buy. Parts and prices change frequently so any parts list you come up with now will likely be obsolete by the time you're ready to buy.

Quick notes on the parts list:

The aftermarket cooler is unnecessary and a Green is a bit slow for a primary drive.

The case choice is questionable.

You may be able to find that soze of ram for $10 less and the HDD sould be a blue not a green if it is your main drive.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

A few thoughts:

WD Caviar Blue which you'll want for games: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/western-digital-internal-hard-drive-wd10ezex

Fractal Design Core 1000 is an option for a better case: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcacore1000usb3bl

Use a parametric filter for the RAM like this one: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/memory/#Z=8192002&m=1,11,12,17,23&s=301600,301866,302000,302133,302400&sort=a10

That filter is set to 8GB (2x4GB), 1600-2400Mhz in case you ever find that you need the faster RAM.  The RAM is this speed range are all generally around the same price, so you might as well grab it now instead of needing to upgrade later.

Stock cooler isn't necessary.
