I need a good budget friendly i5 none k version CPU

What's your budget? Most i5's that are non-K range from 200-250ish.

Definitely i5-4440. Guaranteed compatibility with cheaper H81/B85 boards, and Haswell Refresh won't benefit if you're not overclocking anyways
