Nvidia Shield Tablet's Charger breaking

I just got a new shield tablet yesterday and already I've busted 2 wall chargers while having them plugged into my shield. One that had come with it and the other WAS for my HTC One M8 GPE. The USB cables are fine and still working, but I've had this tablet for two days and it's burned through two wall adapters. I can't see any visible damage, but does anyone have a solution for this that doesn't involve me buying more wall adapters every time one breaks? They look fine like I said, but aren't charging anything anymore, the Micro USB cables are still working with other devices like I've already said too, so it has to be the wall adapters.

The socket is working with other chargers too, the ones that broke weren't working on other sockets either.

Hmm, I think you just have really bad luck. Never heard of anything like this before.

I'm mainly wondering if this is a common issue, or should I contact Nvidia? It happened to me on the first day, surely other people have the same problem.
