When i turn on my computer show's toshiba logo and after black screen with "_" fixed on the right top of the screen first time i saw this error

take the battery out and the ac charger, hold down the power button for 20 seconds then reboot.

This is a common issue with the system cannot find the boot drive or fix the MBR.

Go into the BIOS and see if the hard drive is detected by the motherboard.

its ok in bios system detect hdd.. first time i saw this "bug" cant solve

Probably a broken windows installation... to you have a recovery disc?

 

try to repair your existing installation...

I think is hardware problem cause computer freeze after toshiba logo and the number lock led still on i cant put it off annoying
