These have been available for quite a while....

...and they are bad, outside of watercooling and SLI.

The reference cooler's actually pretty good (for a reference cooler I guess). The custom coolers are obviously better outside of SLI or SFF, but a lot of people like the looks of the reference cooler. A fair few people would go for the looks over better performance.

This makes no sense to me, considering you can't see the good looking part of the card. I mean I think it's beautiful, but I wouldn't buy it except for one of those mini-ITX cases where you'd have it mounted sideways facing the window. I have to admit that would be pretty badass.
