What GPU's are you going to use?

1 or 2?

If only one, then what Nathaniel G said,

otherwise you'll have to reach a bit further up the price line.

When in doubt: C4

Will my choices allow me to OC and will they be compatible without any BIOS updates?

All z97 boards will let you oc and will work out of the box. This is the cheapest sli compatible board. It is a great option for just more than the guard pro in my previous post.

What about B85M and H87M?

They may or may not work out of the box and they will NOT be able to overclock. Some will be able to overclock the g3258, but nothing besides that. By now, most of them will have gotten the new bios (to support haswell refresh) before they ship, but not always.
