You should probably just contact them about that.

If you ordered it on the 27th, I think it was most unrealistic to expect you'd get your package before the 5th of january.

Newegg had a thing that if you ordered from the 29th to the 1st there was a delay because of stock checking. That might be a reason. Ordered Monday and still haven't shipped.
