there is no model. why would they make it look like some kind of model, they would get sued.

Kind of looks like the Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus me mum has..

Doesn't have that big of a speaker op top though.

 

Ubisoft probably doesn't want claims, so they took a phone and changed it a bit and made it more generic..
