h80i led won't change

I have a h80i. The led on the block are stuck on a purple and wont go fully red

by any chance are you on win 8.1?

the Corsair link program dont like win 8.1

 

it is a known error

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
