how do i know a cpu is 64 bit? an quicker solution is just to tell me if the xeon 1246-v3 is a 64bit cpu

all cpus made from now and forward are 64bit unless specified otherwise.

why do you want a xeon?

Ill be doing editing , light server work and gaming , its basically a i7 4770k/4790k with out intergrated graphics , an unlocked mulitplyer and it has support for ecc , thats 'bout it
