Why did some of the same computer sell for under 60$, some for over 300$?

Probably makes them unusable.

Looks like some of them are missing peripherals.

I scrolled down a bit and this seems to be the case.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)
