HTPC/NAS box running win10, best way to run HDDs?

HeyKitty

So I am in need of a NAS, but would also like it to double as a HTPC, as %99 of the content would be tv shows and movies.  what would be the besy way to go about the HDD setup? I already own 7 3TB seagate drives (oldest is almost 3 years of 8+hours a day use). Im thinking either to get a bunch more of those, or wait and get the 8TB drives when they sell for 3cents a gig.  I picked win10 over everything else, simply because its supposed to be better than win8.1. and I'd like it to still work as a (ht)PC, and not be just a dedicated home server.  right now my 7 drives are NTFS as a dynamic disk in win7.

Just wanting to know my options.

THIS IS MY SUPER TEENY TINY SIGNATURE!

Ain't it just the cutest little signature.

Some would argue it is the cutest little signature ever.
