What case modding would i have to do?

I have an MS800 Plus from Zalman and i was reading that some people have been able to get a 240mm liquid cooler mounted in it. It is a bit awkward due to non-standard fan spacing so i was wondering what case modifications i would have to make to be able to mount one?

Find a spot where the radiator can be placed flush against the case, then mark the spots where the holes align. Drill through marked spots.

 

Now you have made your own fan mounting holes.

Is that all? And would i see the holes i have drilled?
