I opened up Assassin's Creed Unity and I saw this 

Is this my GPU's fault or the game? Why aren't the textures popping up, I knew there texture issues, but its gone too far

Issues with Assassins Creed Unity? Never...

 

JK, there are tons of problems and textures not properly loading is one of them. You GPU is fine, just wait for an update from Ubisoft(prepare to wait though, they are busy diggin').

What texture settings are you using? The game looks absolutely dreadful there.(besides the obvious texture fade out there)

I've experienced this with a handful of games, and it's really quite normal. The best thing to do is just ignore it and it will probably get fixed with a patch at sometime.

 

Like I said, this is a very common problem in a number of games especially newer titles, and it usually gets fixed.

This is LTT. One cannot force "style over substance" values & agenda on people that actually aren't afraid to pop the lid off their electronic devices, which happens to be the most common denominator of this community. Rather than take shots at this community in every post, why not seek out like-minded individuals elsewhere?

Max settings, AA=FXAA with a GTX 970

ACU is a big steaming pile of garbage and I'm afraid it will remain so for a long time. The lesson to be had is, don't preorder games, EVER.

But fps issues were fixed on watch dogs 5 months after released the bugs are like totally gone

Maybe you can try force AF or adjust LOD in Nvidia CP/Inspector.

I would never have noticed if you didn't put big circles and arrows on the screenshot.  Are you sure you're not being nit-picky? 

This never happened until now I always look how beautiful the game looks despite the bugs

and I think you did notice it because of the resolution your looking @. I'm running it on 1080p monitor and this is less than 480p

I'm not nit-picky, but even I noticed it instantly. It really stood out, and it is such an eyesore. Unfortunately I have no idea how to fix it. I hear there was a huge patch. Have you already installed that?

Textures are extremely poor in this game and yes I noticed it immediately too. It isn't your computer at all. The draw distance for textures is absolutely trash and even when they're at their full resolution it looks like shit anyway. I do not believe you can fix it.

is it because of the GPU?or is this also game issues?
